Fuel is the main component of fleet maintenance costs, so the fuel monitoring system is the most optimal solution for controlling, accounting and optimizing these costs. With the help of modern technologies and the capabilities of GPS monitoring, it is possible to effectively control fuel consumption by machinery, automate the process of issuing fuel and lubricants, which significantly reduces their costs. It is important to note that fallow control can be carried out at several levels:
1st level – control of fuel consumption on the car
By equipping the vehicle with the Fuel Control System, you will be able to monitor the volume of fuel in the tank, consumption, time and place of refueling or draining.
How it works
- We install equipment on your vehicle (tracker + fuel control sensor).
- We adjust the equipment and tare the tanks.
- We open access to the personal account and teach how to use the program.
- You start saving from the 1st day of use.
But equipment that is not always equipped is a guarantee that everything is under control. At large enterprises, which have their own gas stations or fuel fillers, manipulations with fuel can take place even before it gets into the tank!

2nd level – Control of fuel dispensing at gas stations and refueling stations
The main function of the Solution: Control of the fuel dispensing location: the volume of fuel dispensed, information about recipients and the exact time of refueling PMM.
How it works
Appropriate equipment and an R-fid card reader are installed on a gas truck or gas station.
An R-fid card is issued to each driver and gas station attendant.
To refuel, the driver must present his personal card to the reader, after which fuel will be dispensed.
By installing a fuel control system on equipment, you will have the opportunity to:
1.See all data on the route, refueling and fuel drains, view the history of changes in the fuel level in the car tank for any selected period.

2. Generate detailed reports indicating the date, exact time, location, initial and final fuel levels and volumes of refueling/draining for a specific vehicle or group of objects.

3.Receive and analyze automated reports on refueling/draining in an easy-to-use or integration format (pdf, xlsx, csv, etc.), estimate savings and overspending for each car and for the entire fleet in general.
By installing a fuel control system at a gas station or refueling station, you will have the opportunity to:
1.Release fuel only to identified drivers.
2.Avoid discrepancies between the fuel dispensed from the gas station or column and the fuel poured into the tank.
3.Control the amount of fuel dispensed for each recipient or vehicle.
4.To limit the release of fuel in excess of the prescribed rate, preventing thefts and frauds with PMM.
By installing fuel control on equipment and the fuel pump/filler, you create a closed “ecosystem” of fuel control in your business.

The fuel monitoring system from Antenor reduces the number of manipulations with fuel, increases the safety of cargo transportation and optimizes the costs of servicing the fleet. This, in turn, will ensure the rational and targeted use of vehicles and contribute to increasing the company’s profitability.
The fuel control system is:
Reducing the level of theft of fuel and lubricants to 100%
Reduction of costs for PMM from 15%
Increase in fleet productivity up to 30%
