The privacy policy of personal information (hereinafter – the “Policy”) applies to any information that LLC “ANTENOR” (hereinafter – the “Company”) can obtain about the User during the use of the last Service of the Company and in the course of providing the User LLC “ANTENOR”, by its affiliated (interdependent) persons, subcontractors, distributors and partners of satellite monitoring services, management and control of mobile and stationary objects.
This Policy applies to all persons who use, have used, have expressed the intention to use the products or services of ANTENOR LLC or are otherwise associated with the Company.
By using the Company’s services and providing the Company with the information necessary to initiate further interaction, the User expresses unquestionable consent to its use in accordance with this Policy and the conditions of processing of personal information provided by the User specified therein.
If the User does not agree to this agreement, the User may not use our Service.

1.4. The Service is the antenor.ua website, Wialon Local monitoring systems, Wialon hosting, Antenor Telematics and other related systems and services required for the provision of Services.
1.5. Services – services of satellite monitoring, management and control of mobile and stationary objects.
2.General provisions
2.1. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure adequate protection of personal information from unauthorized access and disclosure.
2.2. This Policy applies only to the information processed during the use of the Service, and does not extend its effect to the procedure for collecting and processing information by third-party sites, to which the User can go through the links available on the Service site. Third-party websites may have their own privacy policies and other personal information may be collected or requested from the User.
2.3. The Company does not verify the authenticity of the personal information provided by the User. However, the Company assumes that the User provides reliable and sufficient personal information.
2.4. The Company has the right to request from the User a copy of an identity document or other document containing the User’s identification data, as well as other additional information, which, at the discretion of the Company, will be necessary and sufficient for the identification of such User and will allow to exclude abuse and violation of rights .
3.Purposes of processing Users’ personal information
3.1. The Company guarantees that the User’s personal information collected by the Company is necessary and sufficient to achieve the purposes of collection and processing set forth in this Policy.
3.2. The Company collects and processes the User’s personal information for the following purposes:

3.2.2. Communication with the User, including sending messages, requests and information regarding the use of the Service, provision of Services, as well as processing of applications from the User;
3.2.3. Improving the quality of the Service, ease of use; development of new functionality.
4. Terms of processing of personal information of Users and its transfer to third parties
4.1. The Company stores the User’s personal information in accordance with this Policy, other local acts and applicable legislation.
4.2. Regarding the User’s personal information, its confidentiality is preserved. Even with the User’s consent, the Company does not post personal information on publicly available resources on the Internet, as such posting does not meet the goals of collecting and processing personal information.
4.3. The Company has the right to disclose the User’s personal information by transferring it to third parties in the following cases:
4.3.1. The user has expressly agreed to such actions;
4.3.2. The transfer is necessary for the User to use the Service or to provide the Services to the User;
4.3.3. The transfer is provided for by the current legislation within the established procedure;
4.3.4. When processing the information provided by the User, the Company is guided by the applicable norms of the current legislation of Ukraine and this Policy.
5. Change and deletion of personal information. Mandatory data storage
5.1. The user is responsible for providing reliable information, as well as for updating the provided data in case of changes.
5.2. The user can change the personal information provided to him at any time by sending a corresponding message to the e-mail address: info@antenor.ua.
5.3. The User has the right at any time to request the deletion of his personal information from the Company’s database, as well as the right to withdraw his consent to the use or processing of his personal data at any time by sending a corresponding letter by mail to the address of “ANTENOR” LLC. At the same time, the User is aware that the deletion of part or all of the personal information may lead to the inability of the User to use the Service in the future and/or to fulfill the order for the Services.
6. Data processing using cookies
6.1. Cookies, which are small blocks of data placed by the User’s browser for temporary storage on the hard drive of the User’s computer and necessary for navigation on the Service, are transmitted by the Service User’s equipment.
6.2. The structure and content of the cookie file are determined by the Company and may change without prior notice to the User. Cookies do not contain any personal information about the User and cannot be used to identify an individual User.
6.3. Information contained in cookie files is used for security purposes, to facilitate navigation, to display information more effectively and to personalize the User’s use of the Service. Cookies are also used to recognize the User’s computer or device, which facilitates their use of the Service. In addition, the information contained in cookies is used to collect and process statistical information about the use of the Service in order to constantly improve its appearance and functionality, understand how individuals use it, and assist in solving issues related to by him.
7. Measures used to protect the User’s personal information, responsibility.
7.1. The Company takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal information from illegal or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions with it by third parties. At the same time, the User understands and agrees that the Internet cannot provide absolute protection of information from existing threats. The User hereby gives his unconditional and unequivocal consent to the Company to determine a sufficient level of protection of personal data, methods and place of their storage.
7.2. The User accepts and agrees that the Company shall not under any circumstances be responsible for the loss and/or dissemination of personal information, if such loss and/or dissemination was the result of actions/inactions due to the fault or negligence of third parties. The User is aware and understands that all personal information is provided to them at their own risk and personal responsibility, and in case of any illegal actions of third parties regarding personal information, the User agrees to send all claims and lawsuits directly to such persons. The Company will provide the User with all reasonable assistance and assistance in protecting his rights and legitimate interests in legal proceedings with such third parties.
7.3. Under no circumstances will the Company bear responsibility for the consequences of the User’s independent provision of personal information about himself and for public access to an unlimited number of persons, including by placing this information on publicly available resources on the Internet.
8. Change of Privacy Policy. Applicable legislation
8.1. The Company has the right to unilaterally make changes to this Privacy Policy. The new version of the Policy becomes effective upon its posting on the Service, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Policy. The User’s continued use of the Service after any changes to this Policy means his consent to such changes and (or) additions. The user should regularly familiarize himself with the content of this Policy in order to become familiar with its changes in a timely manner.
8.2. This Policy and the relationship between the User and the Company arising in connection with the application of the Privacy Policy are subject to the legislation of Ukraine.
